BLUEPRINT CNC MACHINED ENGINE BLOCKS

+ Seasoned block cores are already stressed relieved maintain machining tolerances superior to new castings.
+ Completely stripped cores thermally cleaned then shot-peened gives "NEW" appearance.
+ Line bored mains assure all caps perfectly aligned minimizing crankshaft friction.
+ CNC boring corrects bore spacing, placing pistons and rods perfectly in-line with the crankshaft reducing friction.
+ Honed with torque plates simulating cylinder distortion from head bolt torque. Results in superior ring seal. Less than 2% leak-down even before firing. Plateau stone final hone produces smoother finish reducing ring friction. Ideal for moly coated rings.
+ All block threads are re-tapped for ease in assembly.
+ Brass core plugs installed with silicone for corrosion resistance and sharper appearance.
+ CNC stroker clearancing permits assembly with popular stroker combinations.

The same blueprint process used on our race engines is now applied to your stroker kit! Call our technicians and we will set bearing clearances within +.0005 of your application specific tolerance. Each piston/rod numbered for optimal installation. Connecting rods are finished sized after our 3-step moly lube re-torque process ensuring perfect roundess, and pin ends honed to spec. We balance our kits within 1/2 of a gram, or the weight of half a dollar bill! Unlike other mail-order kits, we balance each rod and piston. Not only are our kits complete rotating assemblies, but we offer a blueprint spec sheet on main & rod journal sizing, rod housing sizing & bearing clearance.
